My creations are hand built in clay, then low fired in a kiln at least twice. Occasionally I smoke fire in a saggar. I make all my glazes and underglazes, slips, and stains. Surface treatments include carving, stamps, slip painting, staining, glazing, and at times acrylics, wire, and waxes.
